All Sales Are Final

Please be advised that all purchases made through LedsDj are final. Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Custom-Made Products

All items sold by LedsDj are custom-made products, produced specifically to your requested specifications. As such:

They are not eligible for resale or redistribution once crafted.
Production begins promptly after your order is confirmed.
Material, color, size, and design are selected or approved by you before manufacturing.

For these reasons, refunds and returns are not accepted, as clearly stated prior to purchase.

Order Accuracy & Responsibility

We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly review their order, including sizing, design, and customization details, before finalizing payment. LedsDj is not responsible for any customer errors in the ordering process.
